This agreement applies to any vendor, artist, or practitioner paying to reserve a table, booth, or space at an Iwosan Journeys event or retreat.
1. Vendor Fees & Space Allocation
Fee Non-Refundability: Vendor registration fees secure your reserved space at the event and are non-refundable. If a vendor cancels their appearance, the vendor fee is forfeited.
Case-by-Case Cancellations: Vendor refund requests submitted in writing at least 21 days prior to the event start date may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Iwosan Journeys.
2. Vendor Compliance & Product Safety
Licensing & Permits: Vendors are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary business licenses, seller permits, local tax permits, and health/safety certifications required to sell their goods or services in the event location, domestic or international.
Claims & Disclaimers: Vendors are strictly prohibited from making unauthorized medical or diagnostic claims regarding their products at Iwosan Journeys events.
Vendor Liability & Insurance: Vendors maintain sole liability for their inventory, booth setup, financial transactions, and interactions with attendees. Iwosan Journeys assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged vendor property, nor for liability arising from vendor products sold at the event. Vendors are strongly advised to carry their own General Liability Insurance.
3. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
