Meeting the Next Version of Me
Coming Spring 2027
Part symptom tracker, part emotional diary, part identity workbook. A guided companion for your first 90 days and the year ahead, built to take only minutes on the hard days.
The Welcome & Baseline. A welcome letter and Identity Reset prompts: who you've been, what you're releasing, and what frustrates you most right now.
The Daily Pages. A morning check-in for sleep, how you feel, one boundary and one intention. An evening symptom tracker and a prompt to let the day go.
The Symptom Tracker. Name what you're feeling and how strong it is. Rate common perimenopause and menopause symptoms each week on a simple scale (none, mild, moderate, severe): hot flashes, night sweats, sleep, mood, anxiety, brain fog, energy, joint aches, and changes in your cycle. Over time, you'll see what's easing, what's getting worse, and what to bring up with your provider.
The Partner's Pages. Menopause affects the whole household. These pages give a partner space to write down what they noticed, how it made them feel, what seemed to help, and what they'd like to talk about together, so you can face the changes as a team.
The Weekly Peace Audit. Every 7th day, look back to spot patterns in your sleep, symptoms and triggers.
The 90-Day Reflection. A tear-out Doctor's Summary to bring to your next appointment, plus a final reflection on meeting the next version of you. The Symptom Tracker and Partner's Pages feed into it, so you walk in with real patterns, not just memories.
The details: undated, so you can start any day. 6 x 9 inches. Lay-flat binding, so it stays open while you write.
This journal helps you prepare for conversations with your healthcare provider. It doesn't replace medical advice.
